The agreement between you and O&E Landscaping.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the O&E Landscaping website, services, and SMS/text messaging communications. By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring us for any service, you agree to these Terms.
O&E Landscaping is a property care company based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, owned and operated by Owen Schultz and Ethan Spiess. We provide lawn care, pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, garbage can cleaning, junk removal, and related property maintenance services to residential and commercial customers in Saskatoon and surrounding areas.
All quotes are free and provided without obligation. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if conditions on-site differ significantly from what was described. Any pricing changes will be communicated to you before work begins, and you may decline at no charge.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
We make every effort to arrive on time and complete work as scheduled. Weather, equipment issues, or unexpected delays may occasionally require rescheduling. We will contact you as soon as possible if changes are needed.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations of scheduled work. Late cancellations or no-shows for scheduled appointments may be subject to a $25 service fee.
You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and reasonable access to the property and the work area on the day of service. If we cannot complete work due to lack of access, a return-trip fee may apply.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept e-transfer, cash, and credit/debit card. For recurring service contracts, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
Late payments may be subject to a 2% monthly interest charge. Returned or rejected payments are subject to a $25 NSF fee.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any service, contact us within 7 days of completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Our satisfaction guarantee does not extend to issues caused by:
By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to the following terms.
Our SMS program provides quote confirmations, appointment scheduling, service reminders, follow-up communications, and occasional service updates from O&E Landscaping.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, typically 1-5 messages per service interaction. There is no fixed schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and your plan. O&E Landscaping does not charge for receiving messages.
You may stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin the program, reply START or contact us directly.

Wireless carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Rogers, Bell, Telus, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may take before-and-after photos of work performed for our records and, with your permission, may use these photos on our website, social media, or marketing materials. Photos will not include identifying information about you or your property unless you explicitly agree. You may opt out of photo use at any time.
We encourage honest feedback and reviews. By submitting a review or testimonial through our website, you grant us permission to display your review on our website and marketing materials. You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.
